The Egan Clinic is a trading name of Egan Medical Limited

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Egan Medical Limited (company number: 09651674) and The Egan Clinic Limited (company number: 11484376), both of which trade as “The Egan Clinic” and operate from the same business address.

For clarity:

• Egan Medical Limited is responsible for all medical and surgical appointments, including but not limited to hair transplant surgery, minor surgery, GP services and related consultations.

• The Egan Clinic Limited is responsible for all aesthetic appointments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, aesthetic injectables, laser hair removal, and skin treatments.

By making any payment to either Egan Medical Limited or The Egan Clinic Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full and accepts that their treatment may be provided by either company depending on the treatment type booked.

2. Medical and Surgical Procedures (Egan Medical Limited)

2.1 Payment and Contract Formation

Any payment made by a client to Egan Medical Limited in relation to a medical or surgical procedure shall constitute conclusive evidence of the client’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and shall give rise to a legally binding contract between the client and Egan Medical Limited for the provision of the relevant procedure. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms provided or purported to be imposed by the client, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail and take precedence. This contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2.2 Consultation Fee

All medical or surgical consultations are subject to a fee, payable in full at the time of booking. This consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No consultation shall be confirmed until payment is received. Clients may reschedule a consultation appointment once only, provided that at least 48 hours’ written notice is given. Any further request, or notice given within 48 hours, shall be treated as a cancellation and the fee forfeited.

2.3 Procedure Fees and Deposits

All medical or surgical procedure fees shall be confirmed in writing following consultation. To secure a procedure, the client must pay a deposit of £1,000, or the full procedure fee if the cost is less than £1,000. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the procedure date. Clients may reschedule a procedure appointment once only, with at least 60 days’ written notice. Requests made within 60 days, or any further rescheduling request, will be treated as cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

2.4 No Guarantee of Outcome

Egan Medical Limited provides no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the outcome of medical or surgical procedures, including hair transplant surgery and minor surgery. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for refund.

2.5 Cancellations and Refunds

All consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will only be made if a client is deemed unsuitable to proceed with treatment under Section 6 (Treatment Suitability).

3. Aesthetic Procedures (The Egan Clinic Limited)

3.1 Payment and Contract Formation

Any payment made by a client to The Egan Clinic Limited in relation to an aesthetic procedure shall constitute conclusive evidence of the client’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and shall give rise to a legally binding contract between the client and The Egan Clinic Limited for the provision of the relevant procedure. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms provided or purported to be imposed by the client, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail and take precedence. This contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3.2 Consultation Deposit

All aesthetic consultations require a £50 deposit, payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients may reschedule a consultation once only, provided at least 48 hours’ written notice is given. Any further request or notice within 48 hours shall be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

3.3 Treatment Fees and Deposits

All aesthetic treatments require a deposit equal to 50% of the treatment value, payable at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance must be paid before the treatment commences. Clients may reschedule a treatment appointment once only, provided at least 48 hours’ written notice is given. Any further request or notice within 48 hours shall be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

All deposits paid for aesthetic consultations or treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will only be made if a client is deemed unsuitable to proceed under Section 6 (Treatment Suitability).

4. Force Majeure

Neither Egan Medical Limited nor The Egan Clinic Limited shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control. This includes:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Government restrictions or regulatory changes

• Industrial disputes or staff shortages

• Power failures or equipment breakdowns

• Unforeseen medical or technical issues

• Availability of our specialist staff

In such cases, the clinic reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule without liability. Clients will be offered the next available appointment date, but deposits and payments remain subject to the non-refundable and non-transferable provisions of these Terms.

5. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to remain enforceable. The remainder shall continue in full force.

These Terms, together with any written treatment plan, consent form, or documentation provided by either Egan Medical Limited or The Egan Clinic Limited, form the entire agreement and supersede all prior discussions or representations. No oral statements will be binding unless confirmed in writing.

6. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to suitability as determined by the treating doctor or practitioner. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment at any stage, including on the day of treatment, if in the professional opinion of the provider the client is unsuitable.

• If deemed unsuitable to proceed with treatment, any fees paid for undelivered treatment(s), including deposits, will be refunded in full.

• Consultation fees remain strictly non-refundable.

• The clinic accepts no liability for additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

7. Validity of Consultations

• Consultations for surgical procedures are valid for 12 months.

• Consultations for aesthetic procedures are valid for 3 months.

After these periods expire, a new consultation may be required and an additional consultation fee may apply.
