What to expect at your appointment

  1. Book online or by phone at a time that suits you.

  2. See the doctor in person or by video. They’ll take a detailed history, carry out an examination if needed, and discuss your symptoms thoroughly.

  3. Receive a personalised treatment plan, which may include prescriptions, medical letters, or onward referrals. At your request, we can share notes with your NHS GP to ensure continuity of care.

Please bring photo ID, details of any current medication, and recent test results if relevant.

Simple pricing

​

  • Standard GP appointment (15 minutes): for a single, straightforward concern.

  • Extended GP appointment (30 minutes): for more complex or multiple concerns.

​

Private prescriptions, fit notes and referrals are included in the appointment fee when appropriate. Medication and third-party test costs are charged separately.

Booking your appointment

 

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, with selected Saturday mornings. You can choose either in-person or video consultations.

To book:

  • Use our secure online booking system to select your preferred time.

  • Complete a short form and payment.

  • Receive confirmation with all the details you’ll need ahead of your visit.

When to seek urgent help

 

Our private GP service is designed for minor illnesses. If you are experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness, heavy bleeding, or any other emergency, please call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
